1) Do you sell plus-size formal dresses?

You can find an extensive collection of formal dresses sizes 14 – 44 at the online store. These dresses are perfect for any occasion: prom, homecoming, weddings, dances, balls, holiday parties, reunions, pageants and cruises.

2) Do you have a print catalog?

Currently there are no print catalogs available, but the online catalog contains a complete up to date selection of all the dresses.

3) What size should I order?

Start by carefully taking your measurements using the Friendly Size Guide.
Next check the size chart posted with each dress. In doubt or in between
sizes? Always buy the next larger size!

4) Where can I buy nice shoes to go with my dress?

Visit the Shoe page on the site for more help with shoes to
match your fabulous new dress!

5) How long will it take to get my dress?

Most dresses are Ready To Ship today! Some dresses must be specialy
ordered for you which could take up to six weeks. Special ordered dresses
can also be rushed which will usually splits the time its ready by half or
three weeks at most. If you want to know the availability of a particular
style, check the details posted under the larger image of each plus-
size formal dress.

6) I’m in a real hurry, how do I get my dress faster?

Many dress orders can be placed using a Rush Order. You can also choose
the Express Shipping service which will save delivery time.

7) What does “Express Shipping” mean?

Express shipping means that once they have your dress they send it to you
using Two-Day Delivery or Overnight. Otherwise, their standard ground
shipping takes two to five days depending on where you live in the
continental United States.

8 ) Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes! The plus size dresses are shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and countries
around the world with an exception of Bosnia, Indonesia, and Nigeria.
They use United States Postal Service Express Mail or Global Priority Service
for their international customers. Please reference their shipping options page
for more details.

9) How do I know you received my order and if my dress is on its way?

You will get an email confirmation, if you gave a valid email address. You will receive another email with a tracking number when your dress is shipped.

10) Do I pay extra for extended sizes?

There is an additional surcharge of $29.99 for sizes 28-44.
